Best purchase of the year!
This set is just simple. This is the style I grew up with, top loading. Clothes are far cleaner and I no longer have issues with suds or spinning during the rinse cycle You do get what you pay for! Seven years of parts AND labor is a no brainer I had purchased a unit from a big box store, and bought the warranty. The company denied service and instead gave me a prorated refund on the contract. Will never do that again. The only thing I do miss is an internet connection to monitor when done, but that is a 0 on a list of 10 as to why I'm so glad to have moved to a quality American-made product!

It is truly the best and easiest to use!
We were looking for a top-of-the-line dryer that offered pet hair removal. This Speedqueen met all of our criteria, outstanding durability and lifespan, and ease of use. Since purchase, we’re delighted with the ease of use, simple cleaning and lint tray management, pet hair removal effectiveness, and clothes drying.
If we had to provision another home, we’d buy a second Speedqueen in a heartbeat!

Amazing new DR7 dryer
Love my new DR7 dryer. Since I had to replace my beloved 36 year old Direct Drive washer (got the TR7 washer), I knew it was time to get a new dryer, as our laundry room is prominent and I want the units to match :) The DR7 dryer is SO quiet, fast and everything is dry, smooth and as wrinkle free as possible. I read so many reviews about how loud the DR7 is in the beginning and the sensor cycles leave things moist, but I have none of this. One dry cycle...dry and perfect. Build quality is really nice, love the drum light and the lint trap is so easy to clean. Thank you Speed Queen!

It sounds crazy, but I also really like the lint screen, especially compared to my previous dryer which was not a Speed Queen.

Excellent machines! I’ve had 2 other top brands in the past, in a couple of years nothing but problems and cost. Speed Queen gives me piece of mind. When you do the math with a different brand and buy a 5yr extended warranty to match the Speed Queen’s your about the same price for the best!

Enjoying our Speed Queen appliances!
We've owned our Speed Queen dryer for approximately 4 months, and it's been the best dryer we've ever owned. It's super quiet, very efficient, and has features that are easy to use. The control panel is very self explanatory, as well as having features such as a pet hair removal cycle and steam sanitizing. We bought the Speed Queen washer and dryer, and do not expect to have to replace them or have any issues with them for a very long time. We love our Speed Queen appliances!

Fabulous dryer for a pet household
I am a pet owner and I absolutely love both the pet and the steam features of this dryer. The Pet cycles really do remove excess fur from our clothes and from pet bedding very effectively. The steam cycles do everything from reducing wrinkles to sanitizing laundry. I love the preset settings and I can also customize the settings based on my own experience. Finally, I love the lint screen. It is so easy to clean and it does not allow big lint chunks to drop into the dryer. A lot of thought went into this dryer and it shows. Very happy with this purchase.

Gets the job done
Love it! My only complaint is that I can only use the LOW setting with the Timed Setting. I have towels that need to be dried on LOW, but I have to press the up/down arrows to set the timer. There has to be an easier way to do this.

The reviews and videos we watched were right. Dumped our 7 year old piece of you know what LG machines that didn't wash or dry clothes, and had gunk in every washed load, and had to dry clothes 4 and 5 times to get them dry. Chose the 7000 series over the 5000 and have been super happy. They just work like good machines are supposed to. Would do it over again in a heart beat. Wish I had done it sooner.

Extremely happy with this purchase.
My wife does laundry like its an Olympic sport. After having our last set of Whirlpool washer and dryer not even last 4 years it was time to invest on a set that will do what it's supposed to do when you want it to with peace of mind. If you have the money spend it once and you wont have to deal with costly repairs keeping brand new subpar junk running.
