Only washer on the market that lasts
We tried Maytag and Whirlpool Commercial and they barley lasted a year. The Speed Queen's have lasted a minimum of 7 year with minimal repairs. They are used 7 days a week 365 days a year and are well worth the $. I would never buy any other brand.

Great Washing Machine
Love the agitator! The machine works great with no fuss. I had other washers from other brands (impeller and agitator) and they all made knocking noises when spinning. This machine does not do that and it takes everything I put into it. The only negatives is the tub is small and there is no way to adjust the water level for small loads.

Worth Every Penny
Our clothes actually come out clean! What a concept. I've noticed the clothes don't get all tangled within each other. Some have said these are noisy. I disagree! Not at all. I love not having to guess whether it's really a full load or a medium load.

Holy Cow, these units are GREAT!!!

Well built and washes like it should.
Very surprised that we still have a company that builds things like they should. Just a nice plain washer that actually uses water and washes things like it should. We haven't been happy with any of the other brands for years, with short life span. Hope this one lasts for years like they used to. We definitely will be looking into a Speed Queen dryer when our current one gives it up.

Excellent top-loading washing machine
Satisfied customer. We highly recommend this washing maching. It cycles through the waching program very quickly. The "spin" cycle is quick and the clothes come drier than with our previous washer. We hang the clothes outside and they dry really quickly compared to our previous washer. It is a bit noisy, but we have a separate washroom so the noise of the cycles does not bother us.

Great machine.
We needed a new washer. Everything we tried just didn't work good. Problem with soap residue, and oder on clothes. Had to wash the same clothes several times. Finally decided to buy the speed queen. Best purchase i made. Works faster, cleans better. No more redoing loads. Will never try anything else. This will last a long time. Well worth the money.

Only The Best Will Do!
My wife will only buy Speed Queen as she prefers its reliability, simplicity, and performance. This is our second Speed Queen washer in seven years and while this new one seems louder than the old one it performs just as well. I repaired the old one and gave it to a friend who always wanted a Speed Queen.

Speed Queen Washer
This is the best washing machine I have ever bought, it doesn't shake when I load heavy stuff, cleans great and takes all the water out from clothes, my old machine didn't always do that. I love it and can't wait to buy the dryer and hoping I will also love.

Absolutely the best washer I have ever purchased or used! It is built like a tank! No vibration on spin cycle, not loud, laundry washed in 30 min. My clothes and towels are cleaner and softer. My husband even noticed the difference in the towels. I love this washer!!!! I am truly excited about it.

Took 1 year to decide but I chose well
I researched washers for a year and have this unit for 2 months. Decided on this because of its direct drive agitator. And something without a touch screen and shorter wash times. Really gets the dirt out of field clothes full of red clay. Turns clothes well and have not seen any twisting or clothing damage in any cycle. Does washable rugs really well.
Yes, its loud but then i knew that from watching videos. They need to add a silencer option :) But the sound does not bother me as it tells me where its at in the cycle when i need to intervene.
Wish it had real mechanical switches vs electronic boards. Still don't see the need for boards. We like to repair our stuff,,, but then again I expect this washer to outlive me!
Wish I could advance manually thru the selected wash cycle like I could on old Kenmore(again, manual switches). This would be helpful as I sometimes use my machine as a sink. Really don't like looking at lights and starting and stopping a cycle.
Love that I can elect Spin cycle with Extra Rinse selected as well.
Love the no lid lock feature. much easier than pushing a button and waiting 10 secs for a lid to unlock just to add a sock.
I am happy with the washer, great choice.

Best washer of my lifetime
Is it possible to truly love a washing machine? Yes! I had a Whirlpool HE for 18mos, purchased quickly due to my 12yo Kenmore dying. The WP HE electronics failed at 18mos. My wonderful repairman gave me the instructions for how to reset the machine. He will not touch electronic repairs, just mechanical. The resetting had to be done for each load, the motor would run a-f-t-e-r the cycle completed, so had to unplug the machine too. That lasted for 9 more loads. Thank goodness I did my research and landed on SQ TC5003WN. My HE refused to start on a Sunday and I purchased my Speed Queen that very same day. I can now do ONE load in lieu of 3 for the HE. Which by the way saves water, etc. The loads are spun dry, not left dripping wet like the HE. My dryer does not have to run longer cycles to dry semi wet clothes. The Speed Queen has NO lid lock!! THANK YOU Speed Queen! Unlike the HE, the Speed Queen somehow manages to leave a dry tube after a regular load. On delicate loads there will be some amt of water left over but nothing like the HE. Such a joy to use. My repairman says I'll never need him again for my washing machine.

My wash is so clean!
I wanted a washer that could handle my oversized towels without going off balance. This one does that. It is quiet and fast. It has the correct number of options for my needs. I am quite happy with my purchase.
