It was becoming difficult to start this way so time for a new machine. This machine is wonderful. It cleans beautifully, is quiet and has nice features. I had great difficulty trying to request a full owner’s manual when calling the help line or looking on line. My husband finally went to the store and had them print it out. I am very happy with the machine. The delivery and setup was not good. They left without engaging the feet of the pedestal so the first few washes the machine walked across the floor. My husband was able to secure the feet and all is well. The store could not send someone out for two weeks.
