So Far, I Love It!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have only had my washer for a couple of weeks. It works great. The soap/softener/bleach dispensers rinse cleanly.I tried the drying fan but i don't like that it takes 4 hrs to dry the machine. But so far that is the only cycle not liking much. I think that is just too long. Other than that I love it.

Good improvements

These really work

I'm very glad I stuck with Whirlpool. The new features are very helpful like the message from the appliance to clean it..

Simple to use

Good out of the gates

Lots of features
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My 20 year old Whirlpool Duet Washer was finally having a problem with the bearings going out. At the same time my daughters washer also went out. She bought first and sent me a picture and model information. I live is a small town and no one had this model on their showroom floor, so I called a big box store in Las Vegas, NV to discuss this machine. It has a lot more functions than I might ever use, but so far I am very happy with the machines performance. Since I bought the Duets in a set I also purchased the matching dryer. Since the Duet dryer was still working well, I gave that to someone who needed a dryer. I hope that I can get 20 years from these appliances. Great choice on my daughters part.

Great Machine with Great Features
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This washer is the best. I replaced a Samsung washer, and this Whirlpool does so much more. I sometimes do 3 loads a day, and this machine does a spectacular job. I particularly like the Dry Drum and Fan Fresh options and the short-wash cycle does a great job.

Awesome Upgrade

Great washer!

A bit of a learning curve as the manual could have had more detailed information for its users, but we are happy with it and have always found Whirlpool to be a brand one can trust.

Was not advised that I need the pedestals and Hawkins states does not carry anymore …. Ridiculous … hard to stoop down to do laundry!!!

Love the cycles and features

YOU CAN DEFINITELY COUNT ON WHIRLPOOL
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I needed to replace my 13 year old whirlpool washer. It was still operating great but I had mold around the gasket and could not get it off. I decided to get a new machine so I chose this one as it was bigger than the last one. This 5.0 and it is fantastic. Does everything, steam, self dry after washing is complete, and anti bacterial gasket!!! Price was great snd I have the piece of mind knowing whirlpool is a great product. Still cannot believe I had the last washer 13 years with not one problem with it and still running when I gave it away. Thank you whirlpool
