What I like: It's big, and handles bedding without a problem. It's very water and energy efficient. Controls are easy to use, and the settings are very granular and customizable. For example, the spin and temp have 5-settings, in addition to the usual extra rinse, pre-soak, etc. I like the fact that the tones / chimes are soft and frankly not obnoxious. A few design things I'd have done differently: if you open the detergent drawer all the way while the water is loading, it will drip out just a little, and also I wish the door tint wasn't quite so dark as it's difficult to see inside. All in all, my gripes are small. Make sure it's level when installed because the spin cycle is really fast when set to max. FWIW, PC RIchard installers did a great job.
