WRITTEN MANUALS ARE NEEDED
I haven't used the machine yet so I really don't know how to rate it, but I DO know I AM SICK AND TIRED of buying fancy items with big price tags and LOTS of buttons without a blasted owners manual that explains what they are all for. The warranties all exclude operator error, but how do I know if you haven't explain what all the buttons are for. UPDATE!!! Although I wish this came with an owners manual, there is alot of info on line BEYOND THAT....OH MY GOSH!! I THOUGHT I had clean clothes etc! I am amazed. I have even used the machine without the agitator to do quilts and pillows. I had done pilloows before I got this one and assumed the discoloration was from the filler in the pillows...NOT! They look like the day I got them! I KINOW I will rave about my washer to anyone who will listen. I AM TOTALLY SOLD!! Wish ALL my appliances were this amazing!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve only had this washer 2 1/2 weeks but so far so good. I’ve washed all types of loads (lights, darks, whites, towels, sheets and even blankets) and everything comes out clean without issue. I don’t use the agitator as I feel it is too rough on the clothes but I have it if I ever need it. Besides the washer holds more clothes without it. I do like all the different wash cycle selections so you can customize each load to what you like best.

Love my new washer
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far this new washer is doing its job. All the feature and safety for ex: the load unbalance when it's spinning and the load of laundry is not balance. It let's you know to balance the wet clothes. Plus it has room.

Wonderful Washer
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love it! I replaced another brand that I had only had for two years. This one is great. Plenty of features and I love the agitator that can be removed. I’ve had to deal with too much unstable loads when doing bulky items. Also the detergent that you can fill and it lets you know when it’s ready for more. You can even customize the amount of detergent you want used.

Love the Washer
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the washing machine! But the faucet button is too easy to turn on accidently. I am short and have turned on the faucet when I try to reach the bottom of the tub, soaking just washed and spun clothes.

Very Good Versatile Washer
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It has only been about a week since purchasing this washing machine and so far, I am loving it. It is a very large washer so I can wash bulky items without a problem at all. The removable agitator works great and allows me to make the choice on washing with or without it. Love the auto detergent and the water level sensor. Some have complained of how loud the machine it, but I am not hearing that. My only complaint is that the Whirlpool logo glued to the front of the washer got caught on something and nearly bent off. Not a very good design.

Great idea: agitator

I think adding the agitator back might be the key. I believe my socks are looking brighter, but again I would rather give a review after I have done more loads.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using my new washer and dryer set for a week now. I’m very pleased. We’ve washed a thick king sized comforter with the agitator removed, a queen sized comforter with the agitator in place, and our regular weekly laundry. Everything has washed well. I haven’t noticed any residue on clothes when I dry or hang dry. The capacity is amazing. Compared to my previous basic whirlpool washer, I can fit many more clothes in one load, which is perfect for our growing family. The WiFi enabled does notify me when the cycle is complete which helps me stay on top of finishing laundry in a timely manner. Draw back to this machine is I notice the lid needs to be left open to prevent the inside to dry out. It could be a hazard for young children falling in. Also, I’m 5’11” and have no difficulty with this, but it could require a step stool to remove laundry from the deep basin for some owners.

Love the removable agitator
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far...so good. It takes time to learn to use this washer but it does get my clothes clean! Love the detachable agitator. Had one in the past but continual electrical outages fried the electronics. I have since placed a special (for washing machines) surge protector on the washer.

Love the Whirlpool top load washer

Brining Joy to laundry days
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Is it possible to have Joy while doing laundry? This machine makes it much more enjoyable that’s for sure. The settings for every kind of laundry need is a nice feature, it cleans so well. I’m also loving the feature to remove the agitator from the middle for blankets and sheets. That’s a game cbanger
