Great dryer, works well with pedestal
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dryer was a replacement for a new Whirlpool that wasn't compatible with a pedestal. We're very happy with this model, although it's more dryer than a retired couple really needs.

Whirlpool washer and dryer.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased the dryer and washer. Both are working fine. There were no damages to either unit. The crew was very respectful, and please to work with. Had them bring them into living room as my contractor and I were replacing all appliances which are all built-ins. One of my neighbors is impressed with these 2 units, and said they were going to check into them.

Nice dryer
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using this for 3 weeks and am very satisfied with its performance. It dries clothes nicely although I'm still learning some of the drying features it offers. The only drawback is that it's a little noisier than my previous dryer.

Great programming design - easy to understand.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this recently and am very pleased with my Whirlpool Duet Dryer. The settings are easy to do and a great diversity of how to dry any type of load. I really like the wrinkle free option - clothes come out really nice without a problem even if they are in the dryer longer than expected.
I like the straightforward design of options for dryer cycle, etc.

Old is new part 2

The wife has noted she thinks it's necessary to hold the power a little longer than our old machine so there's a very slight learning curve. We're very pleased with this machine. Another plus is it doesn't have a wifi app to go with it. I feel they're just one more thing to go wrong. Just a simple non-complicated machine.

Great machine, interface is a little annoying
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this for about a month now and have no regrets buying it. I upgraded from an 18-year old Whirlpool Duet Sport and love the huge capacity of this one. It seems to dry slower than the Duet, but it's larger and drying more clothing so i reckon that's something to just get used to.
The only thing i don't like about it is the power and start 'buttons' and "boot up" time. The machine takes a few seconds (5?) to boot up instead of just turning on and it's easy to accidentally touch the power button, causing you to have to wait while it boots again. The start button requires touching it for about 3 seconds to start the load. It's not a lot of time, just annoying coming from a model with 'membrane' buttons that started a load by pressing two buttons, beep beep, with no waiting.

Easy to use/Lots of features that budget friendly
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this dryer a month ago and its nicely set up. You can swap the door to open whichever way you need. It's very quiet and loads dry quickly. There is a damp sensor Im still trying to figure out, when the dryer thinks its dry, it ends the cycle, meanwhile the items will still be damp.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have been Whirlpool appliance customers for the 52 years we've been married. So, purchasing this dryerw was a no brainer. We likes the new features of this model. Unfortunately, when we got it home, it started making a loud clicking noise when the drum rotated. We called Whirlpool Warranty and they sent out a technician, who simply replaced all the rollers and the noise disappeared. So, again, we are happy Whirlpool owners!
