Gets clothes cleaner even with well water that's not softened! That says a lot. Only downside is don't wash linty fabrics with t-shirts or sweatshirts. They will come out of the washer with lent all over them. Otherwise, no complaints.

Needed to wash the quilts on my bed. So easy to remove the agitator and replace. No residue of soap left on the quilts.

Being able to remove the agitator in the center to wash my king-sized comforter was helpful. I also like using the drawer for the detergent. I hope this machine will last a long, long time!
