[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had our new whirlpool Top Load Washer with Removal Agitator for a couple of months now and it is so exciting to use compared to our older Maytag washer. It is taking a little bit of time for me to learn how to operate it. Each time I have to refer back to the instructions that I keep nearby, but each time I use it I am impressed. It is a little different not having the tub to fill up with water, causing me to wonder about the efficiency, but when I check out my clothes after washing they are actually very clean! In fact, cleaner than before! I have not removed the Agitator yet because I haven't had the need. I may provide an update after that feature is used.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this machine to replace 25 year old eState whirlpool washing machine that needs some maintenance. This new whirlpool washer is very efficient and does a wonderful job of cleaning cloths. I do wish it had an override feature to fill the drum for certain washes. Despite the unit having a bulky items setting coordinated with a high water level setting to accommodate a big wash, it sometimes seems under matched for the load. Understanding the machine is designed to be efficient and reduce water waste yet provide a thorough cleaning, it would be nice to be able to set it on a high level drum filling and not rely on sensing. Could just take some more getting used to after coming from an antique that filled a drum small medium or large water levels. I will reiterate that it does clean bulky items great and has a good large 5.2 cu ft drum. However, it would be nice to decide the drum fill level aside from auto sensing.
