Enough load options without too many.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the front load electric dryer a few weeks ago and I like it. There are enough options for each load without having multiple extra options I'll never use. My clothes dry faster than my old dryer, so I save 10 minutes more every load. It's more efficient. It's a trusted name brand rather than an off brand and the price was very reasonable. Hopefully this front load dryer will last as many years as my old one did.

Perfect basic dryer for us.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was a switch to an electric dryer for us since we now have an effective solar system. It certainly uses a lot of electricity which I can see on my solar system app. We purchased a basic machine which has worked beautifully for us. The clothes come out largely unwrinkled thanks to the fluff feature at the end. We're happy.

User Friendly Features

The access door opens forward preventing clothes from dropping on the floor which is a nice convenience. The lint guard is on top of the dryer so. Also provides easy access. Just the right amount of settings.

Updates dryer is even better than before.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this Whirlpool Dryer to replace a similar Whirlpool model we already owned. The old dryer was over 20-years old and had provided many years of great service. While still working, some of the parts were wearing out and the machine needed some TLC repairs. Even its age, when we saw this new model on sale, we decided to retire the old one. In addition, Whirlpool seem to be the only brand we could find that still makes a "hamper door" style dryer.
This new dryer seems even more efficient than our old one. The dryer does a better job of lint control and dries clothes and heavy items like towels quicker and at a lower drying temperature setting.
Overall, we have always been impressed with Whirlpool appliances and this new electric dryer is no exception.

Light inside.

Happy with purchase

My old dryer was 20 years old and starting to not dry so well, so it's great to have clothes dry in less time. Like the drop down door to pull your clothes out on. Also the Autodry that knows clothes are done and then tumbles them again to prevent wrinkling if you don't remove them right away. I just hope this dryer
holds up better than the matching washer that blew out the control panel after only two years, necessitating a costly repair.

Great Dryer without a bunch of gizmos
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Happy so far! Have only had a short while but it seems to be a great dryer. It runs quiet, gets the clothes dry and it's simple to operate. I like the lint filter on top and the door that swings downward. My wife is happy with it. Our last Whirlpool dryer lasted 21 years so that's why we stuck with the same brand

Simple gets the job done for us!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've had this dryer for about one month as so far....so good. We opted to scale down from an "industrial" version that we bought 7 years ago when we moved into our new house and that thing almost drove us crazy. Some of the new dryers are so advanced that you have to spend time just trying to get the thing started and it took over 2 hours to dry the clothes (and we moved to a desert climate)! What we like about this dryer is that it is simple, put clothes in the dryer, clean the dryer vent (on the top), turn it on and generally, in about and hour (give or take) even with the heavy towels the laundry is dry. Just the way we like it. We didn't need bells and whistles...just give us a simple dryer that gets the job done.

Excellent Dryer.

Great value for a Dryer
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We got this a few months ago now and it works great, I think it gets hotter than my previous dryer ever did. Very efficient dryer, seems to take 50 minutes or less to dry a full load. Even though the lint trap is located on top making it easier to remove, it is a little weird because it is really long and isn't easy to clean off without a dryer sheet.
