Great replacement dryer
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve only been using this for a week but it’s used at least once a day. It runs quietly, dries completely, has a short loud brief buzzer when a cycle is done and has many cycle choices. I highly recommend. I love the hamper door!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've had the dryer for a few weeks now and so far so good. Our last dryer was also a whirlpool and lasted I believe about 10 years. We really like the hamper door that we had on our last one vs. the side hinged style, so we went with that again.

First off, the noise level is impressively low. I can run it while watching TV in the next room without having to crank up the volume. It hums quietly in the background, which makes it perfect for small spaces or open-plan homes.
The capacity is a dream come true. I can fit a large load of towels or even a bulky comforter with room to spare. No more splitting laundry into two loads just to make it fit! This thing handles it all in one go.
In terms of durability, it feels super solid and well-built. The door closes with a satisfying click, and the drum inside still looks brand new after many cycles. I can tell this machine is in it for the long haul.
What really impressed me is the energy consumption efficiency. It has a sensor dry feature that stops the cycle when clothes are dry, saving energy and preventing overheating. I’ve noticed a drop in my electricity bill, which is always a nice bonus!
As for how I use it, I usually stick to the preset cycles—like "Normal," "Heavy Duty," or "Delicates"—and let it do its thing. The controls are super user-friendly, and the LED display makes it easy to see how much time is left.
The results are absolutely fantastic. Clothes come out dry, fluffy, and wrinkle-free almost every time. It’s especially great with towels—they come out warm and soft, like a hug from the dryer itself.

Everything I Wanted and More
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love both the sensing and the timed drying features. It t dries the heaviest, bulkiest items as well as the most delicate with perfection. The tub is roomy. The settings are easy to read. The panel is neat and uncluttered, sleek looking. I personally like a dryer door that opens down like this one does. You can place your washer on either side. I also like the lint trap on top instead of inside of the dryer. I have no problem recommending this appliance.

Wrinkle free and large capacity!

You can fit a lot in which is nice when washing bigger items. I do like the auto sensing feature that makes the dryer just more efficient overall. Clothes come out wrinkle free which is amazing because I hate ironing! Highly recommend for anyone upgrading.

Whirlpool is the best

The hottest thing in my laundry room!!

This machine compared to my old one cuts the drying time and almost half! That alone makes me think the energy savings are going to make this machine pay for itself for most people in a relatively quick amount of time. Additionally, it’s also very quiet so I don’t have to have my TV cranked up to max volume anymore! Strongly recommend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this product complimentary in return for my review, I just love this dryer it has so many different features such as wrinkle comtrol cycle it automatically uses lower temps to minimize wrinkles, it has a large capacity and can handle large loads. Drying cycle only takes 30 minutes plus it has a built in sensor to measure temperature , my clothes dry so quick and easy thanks to whirlpool. I would highly recommend this product.

Fast drying dryer
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Whirlpool 7.0 cu ft. Electric dryer with auto sensing in wrinkle guard. Don't let the size of this drum fool you. Decent size family puy all towels and hands towels in and the dry time was fast, leaving them feeling soft and fluffy. I did slightly pack the dryer to see how well it could dry and how long, and I was pleasantly surprised at how efficient it dried. Even dried a king-size, heavy winter comforter in great time.
Nice looking dryer and very clean. Seems to be great quality and easy to learn to use. Large lint trap.

Love my new dryer!

I love the auto sensing feature so it doesn't run longer than it needs to. My clothes have all came out nice, dry, and wrinkle free. Zero heat smell either. Normal on the noise level, nothing different than other electric dryers. I am very happy and hope this will last me a long while!

But wish I could get a manual that explains all the different settings, like run times, etc. Booklet included not much help and can't find anything online. Also the vents were just cleaned but the "check vent" light comes on about every other cycle.

up: the manual is not clear about two screws in the back that only go one way, and my brother-in-law spent 30+ minutes trying to get them in the wrong holes 🤦🏽♀️. But once it was set up, it’s been perfect. Dries clothes evenly and quickly, no issues at all
