Happy with new dryer.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought our dryer two months ago to replace our old Whirlpool dryer. This new dryer is very efficient and dries our clothes much faster. While i appreciate the new outside design, we miss having a flat top to fold the clothes. Also the cycle finished buzzer could be louder. It is difficult to hear if you are not nearby.

Great features.

Great machine. Dries fast. Quiet
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We replaced a functioning but 30 year old Whirlpool because the washer of similar age finally gave up the ghost. The new one continues to have the lint screen on top. This is our number one feature because the lint screens on other machines which are placed on the door seem flaky.
It dries faster than the old machine. It is quieter. We are super happy with it.
The controls are digital. Not sure if this is better. The old mechanical timer never failed. But, I get it. Modern appliances need electronic displays.

Love whirlpool appliances
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We average about 6 loads of laundry per week and I purchased my last whirlpool dryer used and I had it for 22yrs! I have high hopes for this replacement whirlpool dryer and so far ( about 1 month of use) it has not disappointed. My favorite feature is the moisture sensor setting that causes the dryer to stop at just the right time. Runs fairly quietly, and I like the hamper door and overall capacity. So far the only thing I don’t like about this machine is the slope/placement of the lint trap and the filter itself seems very fragile. Overall, works great and does what it’s supposed to.

Not sure what this means.....
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like this dryer! I often use the TIMED cycle and I think it is odd that you have settings for 15 min, 30 min and 60 min, but not 45 min. I think a lot of clothing takes 45 min to dry completely. Most often 30 min is not enough and 60 min is to much.

Does a great job
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this dryer because my old dryer had way too many unnecessary options that I never used. This dryer’s features are just right. I’ve had the dryer for a few weeks and have had a very positive experience so far. It dries well on low, the moisture sensor & wrinkle guard work well, and it’s not noisy. The lint trap pulls out easily and catches lint well. For those saying it’s hard to pull out - you don’t pull straight up - the trap has a curve to catch more lint. Pull it up and toward you at the same time. After using both kinds - dryer top and front lint trap I can say that the top trap catches more lint and doesn’t let lint get stuck in the opening below it like the door lint trap does. For the reviews that say the dryer is noisy - use a level and make sure it’s level front to back and side to side. If it isn’t screw the feet in or out to level it. I can’t hear mine running in the next room. Overall it’s a great improvement over my old dryer.
