SIMPLE IS VERY GOOD
AFTER TWO DAYS WE CAN SAY THAT WE'RE VERY PLEASED WITH THIS MACHINE. IT IS SIMPLE TO OPERATE AND EVERYTHING WORKS PERFECTLY. THE SPIN CYCLE IS A LITTLE LONGER THAN OUR OLD MACHINE BUT IT RESULTS IN DRIER FABRICS BEFORE PLACING IT IN DRYER THUS LESS TIME IN DRYER [SAVING MONEY].

Great washer, no vibration, agitator great.
I absolutely love my new washer, it does exactly what it's supposed to. More than anything I chose this washer because it lets me set the levels of water instead of a computer that doesn't know a big load from a little load. No more baby sitting the washer or guess I should say "washer sitting".

MAJOR ISSUES
Has not worked right from 1. Many complaints went unanswered. Have to fill with a hose, won't spin or rinse on whites or colors, only on casual setting. 2, 3rd party vendors did not fix, finally GE came out, now wanting for parts. Warranty runs out 14 days.

Like years ago! Old fashioned features.
I finally got rid of Whirlpool washer and dryer I hated from day one. I am so happy I found GE appliances that are basic but absolutely what I wanted!!!

Clothes are almost dry at end of wash cycle
We just love our new GE washer! The clothes come out almost dry, and love having an agitator again. I think it does the best job of cleaning our clothes.

Large capacity, quiet
It is easy to use. It can hold a large load which helps with my family of 5. It’s quiet while running. We love it.

Nice and Easy
Easy to use. Not overly complicated like the fancy models that has a label for everything. I had to reprogram our last one, ( your competitor) 3 times to reset the machine. Then the clutch, bearing and plastic gear stripped out all at once.

Good machine but loud
My old washing machine lasted us since 1991-with many repairs of course. We could no longer find parts and finally opted for this machine. It works great! However, if you keep your laundry room inside your home rather than out in the garage like we do, you will notice how loud the machine is while running. I was worried at first about the clicking noise during the spin cycle but the washer guide said it was normal. I love that you have a water level adjustment and it is a high efficiency machine. It also makes a fairly loud whooshing while it washes. It doesn't bother me since it's out in the garage.
If you dont care about the noise it's a great machine :)

Lots of choices
Love this washer. Lots of different choices for cycles and water levels.
The sound of it concerned me at first as it sounds totally different than my old washer, but i found out very quickly that the sound was normal.
