Great stainless steel tub.

SPENCERS...THE BEST IS SALES, INVENTORY, INSTALL
Salesman was great and no pressure. Delivery was a perfect install and the installers were very helpful in explaining use of machine. They were clean and picked up all debris.

Washer is great
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very happy with my washer. I like size I don’t have to step up to reach the bottom when transferring clothes. The settings are easy and straightforward. I like the old fashioned agitation. The washer cycle is a reasonable timeframe just like they were in the past instead of taking 2 hours.

I’m satisfied!
Up to today, I have been very, very satisfied with this washer. This was a replacement for a previous GE washer, obtained through my Home Warranty that lasted around 8 years; but slowly started having issues. I actually believe after replacing with this new one; I may have had a lemon all along. (Refurbished..?) I did not realize I was not getting the best wash from that washer..very low water levels, with no agitator. No bueño. Going back to a washer with an agitator was the best decision, thus far. Whirlpool has always been my goto for all major appliances, for as long as I’ve been purchasing them. The GE replacement from the HomeWarranty, I settled for, and then HAD to get the matching dryer. No mismatched here!! My GE Appliances have proved to be a good choice, overall. Thank You!

My First Washing Machine!
As someone who’s been renting a washer and dryer for over four years, I am so happy to officially have my own. As we know, there are lots of washer and dryer options but I did my due diligence and looked up reviews (highly recommend you do the same) and it was clear that GE was and continues to be a trusted brand! I didn’t want a high-tech, touch screen, WiFi-needing washer and dryer. From my research, those are the ones that have the most issues. I just wanted something simple where I could wash my clothes and dry them with no problem (I was also adamant about it having an agitator) and with this GE set I can do just that. If you’re interested in the same I highly recommend purchasing this too.

Happy with it
Had the washer almost a full month. We use early and often for clothing, towels, and bedding. We like the COLD PLUS and WASH BOOST features. Purchased it for its affordability and sufficient features. Happy with its performance.

Great Features Sept 2026
Finally! I have found a washing machine that actually allows me to determine which water level is preferred for each load of laundry, rather than having to use a washing machine that comes programmed to operate in a manner such as another person has determined it should. ugh. I have already used this new and wonderful GE top load washing machine for two loads of laundry since it was delivered at Noon today. It is perfect. Top of the line engineering with several wash/rinse cycles from which to choose including 4 water levels, all WITHOUT LID LOCK except for the final spin cycle. Plus the center Agitator. This GE product is excellent! It runs quietly, and there is absolutely no vibration; and a great price. I love this! Thank you, GE!!

Great features!
I love that the water level is actually accurate.My last washer even when new and on deep level did not fill enough to properly clean the clothes. Another great feature is that it fills when the lid is open so I can add my detergents before adding clothes.

Great machine. I recommend it.
I absolutely love this machine. It cleans better and fills up like the machine I had back in 80s. Hated I had to replace a machine from another manufacturer after just a year and a half of use, but thrilled I found this washer and wish I had purchased it earlier. I highly recommend it if you long for the days when washers actually cleaned your clothes.

Love the Bells and Whistles New Tech Comes with!
It's great replacement to the old warhorse of a washer I had for 30+ years. It's efficient, much quieter than previous appliance, and it's good-looking. What else can you ask for from a washing machine -- or a husband <G>?

Works great!
Needed to get a new washing machine after my 25yo GE one died and could not be repaired simply because a part was no longer manufactured. Wanted to go with another GE and have been happy so far with the results. Fits in the same space. Seems to wash a bit faster than the older machine. And doesn't seem to be as noisy. But clothes are clean.

Love how my new GE washer has the lighted dash board area to show what cycle it is on at a glance!!! Very steady and have not noticed any vibration even during the spin cycle. Lots of knobs with different settings to get what you would like for what is in the tub, very great feature of this washer. Plenty big capacity and the stainless steel tub will not corrode. Extra spin cycle to extract the water and save on dryer time. Modern sound of the agitation sounds like a swish. Very happy with my new GE washer, thank you for your wonderful invention!!!

Happy Washer
So far so good with this washer. Love being able to visualize the water level as it doesn’t lock like my previous fully automatic HE top loader. I like the combo of the old with the new. The water levels are actually appropriate and cover the clothes without me having to add extra water or always doing a double rinse. I feel like the clothes are cleaner as well. So much happier with this washer!
