It's new, so far so good!
I like that you can choose your water levels, soaking, different loads depending on the weight and colors. It works well. I was looking for something that wasn't all Pre-programmed and gave me more freedom to choose what I wanted.

So far it works great!
So far it works great! My husband washed three loads the day we received it. I’ve washed two more loads including towels and our dog’s blankets. We haven’t had to add water to any of the loads. The extra spin cycle is wonderful. We don’t have to dry our towels twice now.
