Especially because of the compatibility of the original installation, it was a breeze for the professional installer who accomplished it including removal of the old one in a little over a half hour. Although the new oven is easy to use, our only disappointment was that no manual was included and that we must go online and/or call an 800 number for full understanding of use.

Very quiet while operating, lighting is much more than adequate and buttons are easy to see and use. Inside capacity is large enough for everything I need, while not being so large it looks bulky. I purchased the silver and black version. It's easy to clean and looks great in my kitchen. Installation was professionally performed and it took less than 30 minutes. I am very happy with my purchase.

The controls are good / standard everything -- it is the kind that you push one number button and that is how many minutes it runs for. It also has a "Cook Time" button for setting a specific number of minutes/seconds to cook for. My last microwave was reverse -- you just typed in the specific minutes/seconds to cook for then hit the Start button. This was is much faster if you want to cook for an exact number of minutes (no seconds). The ventilation was good at a reasonable noise level.

Where is the vent located ? is it self venting micro ? I'm replacing the one I have and the venting is above the microwave door on the top of the unit directly in the front where the seam of microwave door and actual unit are and are about an inch deep
