I use the surface light every night as my night light in the kitchen. It only took one person to install it. He said the directions were very helpful and was able to install it with no difficulty. It is very quiet and very easy to use. I hope this microwave lasts as long as the GE microwave I replaced which was 22 years.

Where is the vent located ? is it self venting micro ? I'm replacing the one I have and the venting is above the microwave door on the top of the unit directly in the front where the seam of microwave door and actual unit are and are about an inch deep
