The internal water dispenser & water picture had me sold! I love the two ice options in the freezer, and I get to use the middle drawer for extra stuff including set to wine chiller. I haven't changed out the panels yet because WHY but I do want to for family gatherings!

One issue is that we had a spill on the bottom shelf above the crisper drawers and I can't find any information for this removal process. I was able to remove the shelf but getting the glass out is another thing altogether. Oh well. And FYI we replaced a previous Samsung that had the icemaker in the door that was always failing.

I've got so many compliments from friends, cousins and everyone who came to my house. I also bought additional set of panels in different colors to be switched from the original Sunrise Yellow (top) and Morning Blue (bottom) to Clementine (top) and Sunrise Yellow (bottom). It was like I get two brand new fridges at a time. Apart from esthetic, the fridge also does the perfect jobs. It's so cool and quiet yet has plenty of space with well organized in every area. I couldn't be happier with this investment!!

The Bespoke appearance with interchangeable color glass panels put this product in a completely new category. I’ve had Sib Z, Bosch in the past…I put the Bespoke ahead of all. The Bespoke should be on the top of your list when buying a new Refrigerator Not to mention it makes two types of ice.

There is so much space and by having the ice making machine in the freezer, it opens up a lot of space, unlike most refrigerator designs. The water station is excellent, I use it almost daily. The middle drawer is great for cans and any other small items like cheese or small containers/tubs. Even with the ice maker in the freezer, there's still plenty of space inside the freezer. The ability to swap out the panels for different colors is also amazing. This is a purchase that you feel no regrets.
