Love these units!
These units treated us very well this past summer! We loved our first one so much, we got another. We'd love to eventually have central air in our row home, but in the meantime, having reliable units that are aesthetically-pleasing is a plus. And being able to monitor and control them from our phones is SO helpful, especially when our dogs are home alone.

Whisper quiet, cool as the other side of the pillow
I love my Windmill AC so much, I’ve purchased two more (one for the home office, one for the general downstairs) to keep my house cool during the summer and quiet enough to hear one another. Easy to install (and remove in the winter) with Bluetooth capability, I can cool the house down on my ride home from the gym or the beach. 100% satisfied customer!

Great and stylish little A/C
Needs to replace the window A/C in a small bedroom and I chose Windmill for the easy installation. Happy I did. We have an old house and sometimes it tricky to fit window units so I liked the thought that this one was all one piece. No accordeon sides to lose or break since they are permanently attached. The app to manage the A/C (and fan) from away was simple and effective. I will probably add another unit for a larger room at the beginning of the next summer

It’s chic. It’s efficient. And nothing makes me feel like I’m living the high life than turning on the ac from my phone on the way back from the beach over the summer. Truly one of the best things I’ve brought into my home.

The BEST and easiest AC I’ve ever installed!
I bought my Windmill AC from Home Depot this summer, and it has exceeded my expectations in every way. Installation was simple, and I really appreciate the thoughtful design—(they even included a great pair of scissors to assist you with the installation!) especially the rounded edges and clean, modern look that fits perfectly with my decor.The unit cools my room quickly and evenly, and it’s impressively quiet compared to other window ACs I’ve owned. I love that it connects to Wi-Fi so I can control it from my phone, and the app is super easy to use. It’s energy efficient too, which helped keep my electric bill lower during the hottest months.Overall, the Windmill AC has been one of the best home purchases I’ve made all year—stylish, smart, and powerful. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable and quiet cooling solution! I went back and bought two more!!

I saw this AC on a news site, and thought it sounded like a great little machine. Now that I have one in my window I can report the Windmill is quiet, easy to control, and keeps my rooms nice and cool. No more roaring when the compressor kicks in. I love it!

Thoughtfully designed and great customer service
The thoughtfulness of the design and installation process was fantastic! Little things like them including a pair of nice siccors was impressive.We had a problem with our unit's fan rattling and after working with customer service (who were great) and sending them videos they replaced it with no problems.My only complaint was that they should allow for larger video sizes. 10 MB is way too small to capture the issue.

Wonderful service at Windmilair!
Recently had trouble with my 8000 icing up. Contacted Windmill service and they were very helpful. Gave me some ideas to try to fix the problem., none worked. They decided to replace my unit even though it was out of warranty. Cannot say enough good things about this company and its products.

Super quiet and excellent customer service
This is a very quiet A/C and I'm surprised that the major manufactures are not producing the same technology. It's so quiet that any little noise will make one wonder. So a couple of days after installing, I noticed a chirping sound and contacted customer service to make certain this is normal. (still was quieter than a traditional unit). It was determined that the sound is not normal and must have suffered shipping damage. Without hesitation I was sent via express delivery, another unit. This is quiet enough that I had to wonder how it could cool, but it does an excellent job of that as well. Our sofa is in front of the A/C and it doesn't bother at all. The air blows up, not out. I love the wifi feature and the app is simple without complicated graphics. This outfit knows how to do it and I am a 100% supporter! I'll be buying more for other rooms in our 1920's Washington DC Co-Op

Great Product and Fantastic Support
I love the super quiet AC unit. Perfect for my home office-quiet enough for me to hold Teams meetings. Had an issue with the original unit, but the customer support was amazing. Followed up quickly and after just a few questions and uploading a quick video, they replaced the original unit. So impressed with the support. And anyone that comes into my office space is amazed at how quiet the unit is. And I love how I can control everything from the app. I highly recommend the product and the company/support behind it.

I had a 10,000 btu unit that developed a startling rattle due to the compressor being too close to something metal and all it took was a few simple emails w/ a video and photos attached and they handled it from there.The new unit itself is aesthetically pleasing and is quiet to say the least. If you're used to the hum of a standard window A/C, this thing will make you wonder if it's even on. I worked with Mike, Lisbeth and Francesca - all of them were very receptive to my situation and quick to reply with help. Thank you team for all you did in making this new customer very happy.
