Amazing
I did a lot of research before buying a window AC. Originally, I wanted one of the U-shaped window ACs that have been popular in recent years. When they all started being recalled over mold issues last spring, I decided to go with Windmill instead because of the inverter technology. I’m so glad I did. I have the Whispertech 8k BTU and it keeps our queen size bedroom freezing cold in the summer. It’s so quiet, and it was very easy to install. I like how sleek it looks. I got a second one for our guest bedroom and in the summer when both are on and the doors are open, our entire 1200sqft apartment stays really comfortable. Electric bills were entirely reasonable and I can’t say I noticed any difference from having them. 10/10.

Looks Great, Works Well
The Windmill AC actually looks good in your space, it's easy to install, and the app control is genuinely convenient. I definitely found it useful to control from bed. Cooling-wise, it does a solid job for small to medium rooms and stays pretty quiet! I've experienced other window ACs and they were super loud in comparison. Overall, I am glad I went with this one for my small NYC apartment

Worth Every Penny
I love my Windmill AC. It was easy to install (though did take two people--its heavy) and continues to look gorgeous six months in. It has made my 100-year-old top-floor apartment livable in the summer, without sacrificing aesthetics. I love that I can turn it on from my phone when the heat picks up unexpectedly in the daytime, and know my cat won't be uncomfortable. I recommend one to everyone I know!

Fantastic quality, great look!

Loving our Windmill ACs in our old home!
We have an old, New England Victorian home. We got quotes for installing a cooling system through the attic that would have cost upwards of $20K that we do not have! Windmill was the obvious next best solution and we are so happy with our ACs. They look pleasing to the eye and are not an eye sore, run great provided you follow the filter cleaning instructions regularly, and can even stay in place during the winter. We love that they are designed with winter in mind - we don’t have any room to store them so currently they are still in place which the company actually recommends and with their stylish, fitted Winter AC covers. Their customer service is top notch also! They are extremely communicative and are happy to help support you in any way - trouble shooting the wifi connection with their remote control app, AC damage along the way (get the shipping protection!), or returns and refunds. We love you Windmill! A great company for all your cooling needs. :)

Great Air Conditioner and Beautiful Too!
Love my Windmill Air CONDITIONERS! I purchased 2 two 8K BTU Whisper Tech ACs last year. They work terrific, look beautiful and can safely and efficiently stay installed over my cold New England winters. Great purchase!

Fantastic AC, fabulous customer service
I love my Windmill! When FedEx delivered my unit, they left it on its side in a damaged box, and the AC had a rattle that wouldn't go away. I was wary of Windmill's email-based customer service system, but Eddy got back to me immediately and emailed back and forth with me in real time until he'd determined that the unit had to be replaced. FedEx damaged the replacement unit too, and Eddy and Windmill arranged for yet another replacement. The third one was delivered safely and works perfectly, no rattle, just wonderful cool air to help stabilize environmental conditions in my book conservation studio. And I love that it blows the air up toward the ceiling instead of across my workbench. I am so grateful to the Windmill team for their help and for making such a fabulous product!

Hands down the best window unit we’ve ever owned!
We have had so much bad luck buying ac units in the past and despite storing them as directed in the winter, they always seemed to die on us. After hearing about Windmill and reading reviews we took a chance on this one, and it was worth every penny. It’s by far the most efficient, most quiet, and aesthetically pleasing ac unit we’ve ever had. It kept our home cool and comfortable throughout the spring and summer. And it was so easy to install and use.

Love my windmill!
I live in an old 1950’s cape cod style home that doesn’t have great insulation and that has an upstairs that is almost always the temperature of outside. This summer our ac also broke. We used a windmill in our main living area and in our upstairs bedroom and they were an absolute game changer. I love that they’re sleek and quiet, they don’t take up much space but do an incredible job and keeping the space cool. The app has app been helpful in that I can check the room temp from home or away and can adjust the temperature or turn the unit on or off. I absolutely recommend checking out windmills window unit if you’re in need of an ac in your space!

Happy with my cool 😎 new Windmill air conditioners !
I bought two Windmill air conditioners in May. They installed easily with the excellent illustrated instructions, I was pleased with their performance all summer long. So pleased, in fact, I purchased another air conditioner for my Granddaughter! Since I live in PA and it’s December, the heat is on. Very pleased with my purchases. Great AC and great Customer Service
We purchased two Windmill AC - 8K BTU WhispeTech air conditioners and love them! As a senior, the customer service team was helpful and kind in answering my questions about installation and care. The units not only look great but also are designed to be able to stay in my windows over my Vermont winter seasons eliminating the need to find others to help me remove and then reinstall the units each season.When my other older units need replacing, I intend to purchase more Windmill units!

High quality and peaceful
We have a Windmill AC we purchased this past summer. We live in an early 1800s farmhouse and needed something that could keep up with the heat and not drown out the space in compressor noise. The Windmill AC is exactly that. We put it in our dining room and no one knew it was running. It is so quiet and for being in our old style home with little insulation it runs efficiently and effectively. We're slowing understanding the environment of our old house and we may get another for our main bedroom. Right now we're using a few mobile AC units (along with the Windmill AC). The Windmill was a welcomed addition to our cooling needs.

Great machine - even better customer service
Doesn’t look - or perform - like any other window unit. Stay sleek and cool with this low profile, remote-controlled unit. And the best part is the customer service team ready to help you out if any issues arise. When I had difficulty the team went above and beyond to find a creative solution. You don’t get that level of attention when you’re dealing with a huge company. They take pride in their products and in their service.

I purchased a Windmill air conditioner and I’m genuinely impressed. First, the sleek, modern design instantly upgraded the look of my space. It’s also almost silent — a huge difference from my old, loud unit that used to drown out my TV. Despite the quiet performance, it cools the room incredibly well.My favorite feature by far is the app. Being able to turn on the AC before I get home — especially when I’m coming in hot and carrying groceries — is a game changer. The Rolls Royce of ACs!
You heard that right! This is the Rolls Royce of ACs! Why? Because it is quiet, cool-looking and just fits seamlessly into your life style or it might actually upgrade it! I’ve had several ACs in the past for a large room and this is the first one that actually cooled the whole room to my liking. Not too much or too little. Perfect just the way I like it! I bought their fan and their air cleaner because I’m so impressed with the AC. This is a quality product hands down! RUN, don’t walk, to order one for yourself. Trust me, it’s a keeper!

I bought the original 6BTU unit for my bedroom and the super quiet 10BTU unit for the living room. Love the remote option. It's great that you can turn them on before you get home. They are quiet and efficient! I highly recommend them. Oh, and customer service is great.
