Excellence in the age of computerized appliances!
Replaced a "fancy" Maytag smart washer. The whirlpool was nothing but a nightmare. This GE has almost as much capacity, just as many cycles, controls that actually make sense, much quieter, and performs just as good if not cleaner clothes! The main thing, IT'S NOT A WHIRLPOOL PRODUCT!!!!

So Far So Good
Even though we haven't owned this washer for very long, we are pleased with the many options and the ease of use. We are pleased with the large capacity and we still prefer agitators so that is an additional plus. Our last washing machine took such an extreme amount of time for a regular load to wash. This washer takes what I consider adequate time from start to finish.

I’m amazed at the excellence of performance of this basic washer. Large capacity and clear options on panel. Quick wash is really fast unlike my old basic washer. No mangles of my items thus far as well. It’s quiet and so easy to use options. Huge capacity for large items. Very satisfying purchase.

So far this washer has been great. Previously I had a more expensive Maytag that was nothing but trouble. I love the late lock feature. Finally my clothes actually get fully wet and washed.

Great features!
I purchased the GE washer and its matching dryer. I have had great success with GE products and the same holds true with this set. I’ve only had them for 2 days but so far they are cleaning and drying great.

This washer is by far way better than the one we bought last year which was a Whirlpool model number wtw 5000dw2 it was supposed to be great but the thing would only allow you to wash 2 bath towels at a time or it would be off center and rock the house like crazy

I love this machine. Only locks when it’s dangerous to have your hands in there. Love the larger drum, great water level. Quiet!! Spins out great! Controls for all wash needs.

It WORKS
We are very happy. Our GE Washer and Dryer are easy to use and efficient. Installation was smooth and they are doing the job. In fact they are doing a better job than our previous units which were larger.

We love this washer! Our old washer had so many error codes from the computer we just wanted a simple large capacity machine. This machine washes big loads and they come out smelling good and clean. The spin cycle is so strong that the clothes are halfway dry when it’s done.

Great Machine for the Price
With its large capacity this GE Washer was a given bonus. Controls are easily read and applicable. There are several cycles to chose from and are available for whatever you are washing. The performance is admirable for this price range. It is a washing machine which fills with water, agitates the laundry, rinses and spins so there is going to be some noise but it is acceptable; again for this price range of the appliance. Installation was easy as long as you have a clue and tools to complete the job. The spring clamp hooking the drain hose was a pain in the you know what. Instructions are always lacking. The leveling feet were tightened at the factory and had to be loosened in order to level the machine. Don't bother scanning the bubble application; it's just an advertising gimmick. I have an "Army Knife" ap for my android that works great. Overall, my wife and I are pleased with the purchase. Oh, okay, my wife don't me she does all of the laundry! She's happy; I'm Happy!

Simple but efficent, just enough washing options!
Honestly I had forgotten how smooth a washer should run. It has an abundance of space for loads of bulky items, the controls are simple to use and the cycles it offers are amazing. I don't hear a lot of noise as it was running or changing cycles. One thing for sure I have already cut down on my drying time...Amazing
