Beautiful beast

The removable agitator is a game changer, I've had an impeller for over 10 years. Having the option to remove for bulk loads or even just to clean excess build up is fantastic. Very sturdy and easy. Great functionality, washes timely, overall great machine. Extremely happy with purchase, the matching dryer is beautiful.

Great Washer!!

Great features and easy to use
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had a front load washer for many years and decided to go with this top loader because I like the convenience of taking out the agitator so that I can do bulky things. I like the fact that it washes my clothes clean and a shorter time than the front loader and unlike the front loader it is easier to access for me to get the clothes in and out.

Smooth and quiet
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Smooth and quiet, this unit is much quieter than our previous whirlpool washer. The removable agitator is a great innovation. We also appreciate the see-thru lid. The beltless drive should provide excellent durability and reliability.

Easy to use

Great features!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the washer about a month ago. I wanted a big washer and I liked being able to remove the agitator in the middle. It uses a LOT LESS water than I’m used to. I use warm water and because of that I can’t see the clothes as they are washing. I thought I would be able to. Some people complained that the washer was noisy. There is some noise but I don’t think it’s that loud. I really like the washer.

Love the removable agitator
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love the removable agitator!! My last washer did not have this option and sometimes you need the extra scrubbing action to get out those tough stains. This machine has a large tub which is nice for those big loads .

Exceptional washing machine
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I chose this washer because of the removable agitator. Having used this washer for the last two eeels, I am I could not be any happier with this washer. It washes my clothes in half of the time compared to my previous washing machine. The spin cycle really does an exceptional job making the drying time so much less. If I could give it more than 5 stars I would have.

Large drum and removable agitator
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought my washer about 1 month ago. My repair man recommended either a whirlpool or a Maytag. He said that they were very good machines I had a Maytag and it served me well . the reason I purchased the Whirlpool was because it had the removable agitator.

Great capacity
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this washer for six weeks. I am happy with it so far. It cleans my husband the farmer dirty clothes well. I bought it for the large capacity and that the agitator removes for large items. I have washed my king sized comforter with no problem. I also wash my 5 X 7 washable rug with no problem. The only thing I do not like is that the lid locks. You can't run go throw a forgotten item in once you close it. If you select the high water option, it will cover the clothes that are washing. This seemed to be a complaint for some that it doesn't use enough water. It is as some have noted a noisy machine. Not a problem for me since it is in the laundry room.

Very happy with my Whirlpool Washing Machine
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am very happy that the product has a see-through lid, a removable agitator and the tub is very large for bulky comforters. Its whisper quiet compared to my last washing machine and appears to clean my clothes very well. My only complaint is that once the wash cycle begins, the lid locks and won't let me rinse the soap cap (nothing major).

Big Improvement

It's a bit smaller and lighter than the last front loader unit we had, but that is nice for moving, and the drum size is still huge. We love the removeable agitator option. The front load water level sensor went out, so it kept calling for water until it leaked through the front door. Not a problem with this washer.

Top Loader Rocks
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased our top load washer for our new home and so far, are very pleased. It provides the features we were looking for: a removable agitator for blankets, comforters, and other bulky items; dispensers for bleach, fabric softener, and optional liquid detergent; a mode knob dial -vs- an all-electronic touch panel. I did notice that when unlike bulky items were washed together (i.e. towels & sheets) the unit had difficulty staying in balance during the rinse/spin cycle and would essentially shut down or at least fail to properly complete the spin cycle leaving one with a wet load. Once items were separated everything worked fine. Additionally, a top loader eliminates the odor and maintenance cleaning challenges associated with front load washers.
