Removable agitator for large comforter
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had the Whirlpool top load for a week. I’ve already used it many times. I love the selections of water leverage and between normal and heavy duty cycles. The large tub holds so much, even with the agitator. I have not removed it yet, but love I have the option for comforters. The only thing I miss is a timer.

Great performance
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have only had this washer for 3 weeks and used it twice so far. It has performed as expected. My former washer was a front load, and the new one is a top load, but the comparison has been great. The only drawback that I can see so far is that with the large capacity, it is somewhat difficult to reach small items on the bottom of the drum as I am only 5'3". That considered, I am very satisfied.

Love the large load capacity and the quietness and also the choice of more water and love the design, I do wish it was a white metal top so it wouldn’t scratch!

Great Purchase

Great replacement for an older machine
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this about 3 weeks ago, and so far I am very happy that I did. I needed to replace an older washer and dryer, and so far this washer has been wonderful. I love the removable agitator and It is much quieter than my previous washer.

Agitator yes or no?
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had my new washer since March 7, 2025. I didn't realize just how much I needed a new washer. My old one still worked. I simply wanted something more up to date and efficient. It it very efficient. I was adamant about having an agitator and used it that way until 2 weeks ago. Now, I've decided I like it better without the agitator. I believe it does a better job of washing my clothes.

Enjoying the removal agitator feature
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am enjoying this machine and its features. I really like the removable agitator to wash large items. I am a Florida State Wildlife Rehabilitator and wash a lot of bedding needed for the animals that come to my rescue. I wish that there was a cycle that had a “SOAK” option like my old machine had. I used to use that option often and miss it. Perhaps it could be included sometime??
How about a “MINI-WASH” also?

Matte black is the best !

Well Pleased

I am so glad I bought this machine! Immediately, it was better than the 14 yrs old other brand it replaced. It runs smoothly and quietly. It is also water efficient! So much so that MY water costs have already dropped noticeably, and I expect further future savings.
This machine has the exact features I desired and needed.
